CLUBHOUSE RESERVATION RULES/GUIDELINES As a Laguna Lakes homeowner, the clubhouse is one of your property amenities – it is the crown jewel of our community. The clubhouse (excluding the exercise room, billiards and pool area) is reserved only for Laguna Lakes Residents. A picture I.D. must be provided to schedule the room. We ask that you keep in mind that you are serving your own best interest in overseeing safe and appropriate conduct during your guests’ visit. This will preserve the value of the building and facilities for your future use and protection of your property value. The Resident must be CURRENT ON ALL LLCA and PARCEL ASSESSMENTS to rent the Clubhouse.
HOMEOWNER RENTAL OF CLUBHOUSE
Homeowner Rental of the Clubhouse is handled through the manager at the Clubhouse. You may get the reservation form from the clubhouse manager. Please Contact Vanessa, Clubhouse Manager at 239-415-3723 or email at lagunalakesclubhouse@gmail.com.
Rental Fee is $95.00 + 200.00 refundable deposit upon post inspection.
Club House Manager, Alliant Property Management or BOD arranges the pre and post inspections, as well as opening and closing of the clubhouse or the Board.
Please be sure you have received a confirmation phone call and/or an email response confirming your reservation. ***The LLCA BOD is not responsible for this process. ***Alliant Property Management will not be responsible for residents who have not confirmed their reservation during regular business hours, nor will Alliant Property Management receive after hours phone calls to open the clubhouse if this process fails.
