REQUIREMENTS TO REQUEST WEBSITE LOGIN AT LAGUNA LAKES COMMUNITY

You must be one of the following:

1. A HOMEOWNER of property in Laguna Lakes

OR

2. A RENTER of property in Laguna Lakes

NEW HOMEOWNERS IN MONTEREY, SANTA BARBARA & BEVERLY HILLS
are requested to contact Alliant Property Management
at 239-454-1101 and prompt customer service for an
appointment. If you will reside in Monterey, Santa Barbara or
Beverly Hills this is the only management company you will need
to contact. This is both your Parcel and LLCA level management
company. (please bring closing documentation)

If you are a NEW RENTER IN MONTEREY, BEVERLY HILLS, OR SANTA BARBARA,
please contact Alliant Property Management 239-454-1101, customer
service to make an appointment to submit your lease, and fill out
the appropriate paperwork for submission. It is your homeowner
responsibility to fill out a Resident Profile Form at Alliant to enable you to have
Gate Access.

Independent Management FIRST to set up your appointment
to present them with your closing documents and fill out the

You will then have to contact Alliant Property Management 239-454-1101
customer service to set up an appointment to file paperwork for
Gate Access.

If you are a NEW RENTER IN PEBBLE BEACH, FIRST--please contact
Sara at Independent Management 239-948-0424 for an
appointment to submit your lease for approval. It is your CONDO HOMEOWNER
responsibility to fill out the Resident Profile Form at Alliant Property Management
(239-454-1101-customer service for an appointment) to enable you to have
Gate Access.

PEBBLE BEACH HAS IT'S OWN MANAGEMENT COMPANY FOR THEIR PARCEL;
Independent Management

THE LLCA COMMUNITY HAS Alliant Property Management as
their management company, as well as Parcels,Monterey, Beverly Hills
and Santa Barbara.

ALL NEW HOMEOWNERS INCLUDING CONDO's ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT
THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS TO THE ABOVE-MENTIONED COMPANIES:

1. Copy of closing documents
